Negotiated new supply agreements for a large portfolio of managed sites (HH/NHH/UMS) and supported the ongoing administration of the contracts for clients including meter removal, data management, and site acquisitions. Resolved queries including wrongly assigned meters, and erroneous invoicing.
Negotiated new energy supply agreements for acquired sites in pre-demolition stage to reduce costs and retain capacity for clients. Reduced costs from £25,000 per month to £6,000 per month, a 75% reduction.
Advised on renewable certification of energy supply, energy security during the winter 22/23 period, and geographical capacity constraints in core operating areas. Ran an insight session with the sales team and product a series of blogs to help inform their employees, clients and prospective customers.
Worked with an integrated energy service provider during the pre- seed stage to identify and qualify acquisition targets in the engineering, brokerage, sustainability and consultancy space.

Advised a predominantly fixed price energy broker on how to enter the flex product market, including product attributes, target market, typical terms and conditions, risk management measures, tender processes, and supplier liaison and management.
Working with a major international retailer to develop energy strategy and risk management policies across 20 different territories. Advised on organisational design for energy and helped structure the business case for an overhauled energy team.
Worked with a football club to resolve a long-standing dispute with an energy supplier regarding erroneous meter readings and high energy costs. Resolved the issue, credits and rebills issued for a two year period, put in place a payment plan to pay the disputed amounts, and negotiated a contract renewal.
Major global gaming provider needed a new third party intermediary. Wrote the RFP, reviewed submissions, interviewed bidders and selected the new provider. Provider ongoing management and oversight of the new provider to ensure delivery of services and quality control.
Client moved to a new head office location and assumed a high-priced deemed contract with the incumbent electricity supplier. Dallington Energy fast-tracked a supply contract negotiation with a shortlist of trusted suppliers and reduced annual energy costs by 54% in less than 24 hours.
